Planning Commission Organization Information

The Henderson City-County Planning Commission (HCCPC for short) is responsible for the preparation of the Comprehensive Plan for Henderson and Henderson County and the City of Corydon; the Zoning Ordinance for Henderson and Henderson County and the City of Corydon; the Subdivision Regulations, Public Improvement Specifications and Access Standards Regulations. There are twelve citizen members serving on the HCCPC. The County of Henderson appoints 5 members, the City of Henderson appoints 6 members, and the City of Corydon appoints 1 member.
