We are currently seeking applications for the following position(s):
Child Support Enforcement Investigator
Our office is currently seeking an organized and detailed individual to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible to collect child support on behalf of the children in Henderson County and beyond. In addition to enforcing child support obligations, the successful applicant will have various other duties primarily related to our child support division. Very competitive salary and benefits. EOE. Victim's Advocate
The Henderson County Attorney’s Office has an opening for a Victims’ Advocate in its Prosecutorial Division. The position is full-time with benefits and requires a minimum of forty (40) hours per week. The salary for this position is up to $36,000.00 as approved under the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet 2019-2020 VOCA grant award.
Minimum Requirements
Pursuant to KRS 69.350(2), an individual must be an individual at least eighteen (18) years of age, of good moral character, with at least two (2) years of experience working in the human services field or court system in a position requiring professional contact with children or adults, who has:
(a) Received a baccalaureate degree in social work, sociology, psychology, guidance and counseling, education, religion, criminal justice, or other human service field; or
(b) Received a high school diploma or equivalency certificate, and, in addition to the experience required in this subsection, has at least four (4) years’ experience working in the human services field or court system.
